What product photography services does Epic Studio offer?
We provide product photography on white or neutral backgrounds, ecommerce and catalogue photography, flat lay, ghost mannequin, model photography, lifestyle, creative and advertising photography, details and textures, 360° photography, product video, professional retouching and product visualization with artificial intelligence. The combination is defined according to the product, the sales channel and the commercial objective.
What types of clients does Epic Studio work with?
We mainly work B2B with brands, manufacturers, distributors, online retailers, companies, freelancers and professionals. We can organize both one-off projects and catalogue productions with multiple references.
Do you work only in Torrevieja or Alicante?
No. The studio is located in Torrevieja, in the province of Alicante, but we work with clients across Spain and Europe. The company does not need to be near the studio: products can be sent by mail or courier.
How can I send products to the studio?
You can send samples or products by mail or via carriers such as DHL, GLS or UPS. Before shipping we agree on the project, the included products, the required images, the technical requirements and the delivery details.
How long does product shipping take?
Transport to the studio usually takes between 2 and 4 days. Express shipments typically arrive in 1 or 2 days. These times correspond to transportation and may vary depending on origin, carrier and the service selected.
Do you return products after photographing them?
Yes. After production is completed, Epic Studio arranges the return via the agreed carrier. Return shipping costs are borne by the client.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
We need to know which products you want photographed, how many references there are, how many images or views you need per product, where they will be published, the desired style and the target date. You can also send us a briefing, visual references and the technical requirements of your ecommerce or marketplace.
How much does a product photography session cost?
The price depends on the type of product, the number of references, the quantity of images, the required views, the photographic style, preparation, delivery formats and the deadline. Prices published on the website apply to orders of 20 photographs or more. For orders of fewer than 20 photographs a 50% surcharge applies. After reviewing the details we prepare a proposal tailored to the project.
Do you accept small projects and catalogs with many references?
Yes. It is possible to commission photography for a single item. The prices published on the website apply from 20 photographs; for orders of fewer than 20 photographs the price increases by 50%. For catalogs with many references we prepare a proposal based on volume and production needs.
What is the delivery time for the photographs?
The deadline is confirmed for each project according to the number of products, the type of images and the level of retouching. We offer urgent delivery From 24h; in this case the price per photograph is doubled. The production period begins when we have received the products, the briefing, the necessary materials and the agreed payments.
How many photographs do I need per product?
It depends on the product and the sales channel. A simple product page may require a main image and several views, while a technical product, a fashion item or a product with important details may require side views, rear view, texture, scale, packaging, in-use photography or video. We help you define useful coverage without producing unnecessary images.
Do you prepare photographs for Amazon and other marketplaces?
Yes. We can prepare images for ecommerce and marketplaces based on the technical requirements provided for each channel. Before the session it is useful to indicate whether the photographs will be used on Amazon, Shopify, your own online store, a catalogue or another platform to define background, framing, aspect ratio, resolution and variants.
In what format and resolution are the files delivered?
We deliver files in common formats, including JPG/JPEG, PNG, TIFF/TIF, PSD, WebP, AVIF and PDF. Dimensions, aspect ratios, resolution, color profile and naming conventions are agreed according to the final use. If the client or a platform requires another format, we can save and deliver the files according to that specification.
Does the service include image retouching?
Yes. Professional editing and retouching are fully included in the photography price. The client receives finished images, prepared for use and for direct upload to an online store, according to the agreed specifications.
Can you perform only retouching of existing photographs?
Yes. We also offer retouching as a standalone service, even if the photographs were not taken by Epic Studio. The price depends on the condition of the files, the volume and the instructions included in the technical briefing.
Do you work with briefings and style guides?
Yes. We work with briefings, technical requirements and individual style guides provided by the client, as well as the specifications of platforms and channels such as Amazon, Zalando, OTTO, ABOUT YOU and Shopify. Before production we confirm backgrounds, framing, aspect ratios, views, formats and the visual criteria the project must meet.
What types of products can you photograph?
We work with fashion, footwear, bags, accessories, jewelry, watches, eyewear, cosmetics, bottles, wine, food, sports, toys, home decor, furniture, baby products, home textiles and many other categories. Lighting and processes are adapted to the material, shape, finish and commercial use of each product.
Do you produce photography with models, video and 360° photography?
Yes. We can combine product photography with models, video, 360° sequences, flat lay, ghost mannequin and lifestyle content. The combination depends on the information the client needs to show and the channels where the content will be published.
Do you use artificial intelligence in projects?
Yes. We offer product visualization and image creation with artificial intelligence when the project requires it. AI can be used to develop visual variants or contexts, but the workflow is defined according to the need to represent the product faithfully and the level of control required by the brand.
Who can use the final images?
Usage rights for the final materials are granted after full payment, unless another condition has been agreed in writing. The scope of use, channels and any specific requirements must be indicated before starting the project.
